First visit for lunch today around 13H30 and the restaurant was almost full. We were there to tasted their Ramen. When it first served, I tried the soup at first which is kind of ritual myself as it’s the soul of Ramen. Unfortunately, the soup was warm, not even hot. I am not talking about super hot but a normal hot soup. I asked my partner who is a French to double checked it and he confirmed that the soup was warm and the sliced pork was a bit cold. I had to ask the waitress to reheat the bowl of ramen as it’s not possible to eat WARM Ramen. I assume that they passed the bowl in microwave instead of remaking one. I still finished the ramen as it was much eatable after reheated and I needed a lunch. 😆 In terms of the soup, it is quite ordinary but ok. Generally, there is no much character but a normal noodle soup. However, their service, the decoration the and atmosphere are good. It’s still a nice place to taste some Asian dishes.
